Iowa Assessments

 

This assessment was formerly called, "Iowa Tests of Educational Development" or ITEDs.  Special education teachers use this assessment as one of the many assessments to graph student progress.  The test results are used in an IEP as evidence to undergird the need a student may have in a certain goal area and will be used as evidence to suggest a goal area or continued assistance in a goal area.  This test will be taken one time a year.  All students are required to take this test.
